Qualifying Investors Form: EZPUTS and Film Partnerships

Enterprise Zone Property Unit Trusts ("EZPUTS") are collective investment schemes for the purposes of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("the Act"). They have not been authorised or otherwise approved by the UK Financial Services Authority (or by any other regulatory authority or body in any other jurisdiction) and accordingly, as unregulated collective investment schemes, they cannot be marketed in the UK to the general public. Tax Efficient Review cannot be issued or distributed, and investments mentioned in the Review cannot be offered, recommended or sold, to persons in the UK other than to persons authorised under the Act to carry on investment business in the UK, qualifying investors and other categories of investors to whom unregulated collective investment schemes can be marketed without contravening section 238(1) of the Act. We are required by the rules of FSA to record how we have determined the status of a qualifying investor and to retain information supporting the categorisation.

This form sets out the tests which must be considered to establish whether we can categorise you as a "qualifying investor".
